High converting service, looking for JV Partner expert at cold calling or marketer.

I'm an Instagram Marketer, I help agency, individuals or SME businesses to grow their instagram account with organic targeted followers. This is a high converting service as the needs for instagram growth has always been in demand, thus I'm solely providing my service to mainly agency, however I'm looking to expand and get more clients from businesses instead and I'm looking for someone who's good at the fields I'm looking for.
This will be a fair split profit, companies/businesses usually sign up my service have an average span of 6months subscription for my service.
I'll manage the clients Instagram and handle the growth & provide supports for their doubts and understanding of the process.
These are what I'm looking for in a person:
1. Marketer
A person who can find leads and clients for my service and educate potential leads that it is an advantage to utilize the use of Instagram platform for their business. Basically, able to get clients to subscribe to service.
2. Cold Caller
A person who can call on a consistent basis to get customer's emails & get them to be interested in the service. Only Native English Speaking!
No money is required to do this, everything will be paid.
I've the website up and running already for the span of 6 months! Nothing else is needed other than your expertise in marketing my service or cold calling potential leads.
