Partnership for Web Design/Lead Gen/Other
I own some great domains but have no time to use them. If you have a solid business concept that would benefit from the use of these domains, I'm happy to partner with you for a piece of the upside.
These would be great for offering lead generation or web design services to catering businesses in these markets: Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Phoenix, Riverside, San Diego, St Louid, Tampa. I also have a few domains related to cleaning services in the Chicago and New York/Manhattan markets.
My primary interest would be to maintain ownership of the domains indefinitely and use them for a recurring monthly service (such as lead gen or a leased web site) instead of flipping them, unless you believe we can make a significant amount upfront from the flips.
