*Partner Needed* Yellow pages scraper Software

I want to sell a powerful software designed to extract business information from the Yellow Pages Directory with the latest and up to date information. I am looking for High End JV partner(s) for long term relationship who can write sales copy, bring some affiliates. I will take care of product support and share 50/50.

JV partner responsibility

1.Prepare funnel, sales copy.
2.Testing conversion before launch.
3.Prepare JV page , which has to impress affiliates and follow good strategy to bring more affiliates for launch..

    Instead of creating a NEW product, sales copy, graphics, website, Serial Activation Database, etc., etc., why don't you just team up with me & help promote Ace YP Scraper Pro?       I really would like to but the thing is that I am not able to market anything. That's the reason why I would like to JV with people who are looking for cool products and are able to market them. I am a small developer and that's all.
