[JV] Affiliate Setting Up Outsourcing HUB In India

Hi Warriors,

I will to start and maintain a outsourcing unit in India.I am from South India.Like in any business there comes a time to scale things up, my business at this juncture right now.I am looking for people who like me struggling to scale things up unable to cope with the volumes and the different skill set needed.So i have decided to start my own little work force to power the needs for a affiliate website.The outsourcing unit will handle all the extra's needed to run websites and reduce the overheads considerably as its in India

Joint Venture Opportunity

I am looking for 20 or 30 webmasters/affiliates/productowners etc who are willing to commit to the outsourcing unit.

What skills would the employees have

1.Link building (everything including bookmarking)
2.Design (Banners, logos and general graphics )
3.Any other work that requires manual work.

Who can apply?

Anyone who can commit to at least 10 website a month.Prices for these services will be fixed as per the requirements.

How many spots ?

I don't want to take more than 10 to 15 affiliates into the venture as I don't want burden myself by increasing overall processes that needs to coordinated by me.
