List building is exactly what I'm running this promo for.

I did find this though in your terms and conditions:

YOUR SERVICE WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT WARNING SHOULD YOU USE OUR SYSTEM AS PART OF ANY BULK EMAIL OR SPAM CAMPAIGN. You may also be subject to fines and legal actions as a result of your bulk email promotion.

Mailing a list that has opted in to receive your emails is not spam BUT it is bulk mailing. Why would this be worded like this? I was all for promoting to my list but am now having second thoughts due to this 'statement'.

I'm pretty sure you wouldn't pull any 'cheap' tricks to get out of paying commissions (ie - $1 per signup) but it would be good if you could clear this up.

Yeah the wording is a little weird, but basically means you can't spam people - mailing to your own email list is cool - in fact, recommended -

Affiliates are paid every 30 days from the month before... so April commissions will be paid at the end of May.

The easiest way to get a copy of the book is to just sign up for it, but if you really want me to I can PM you the link.

I send and affiliate link to my wife and she signed up for the ebook. I used it to test the system. The click is show in my affiliate account but no $1 commission show.

Hey guys, it's mentioned in the affiliate signup email welcome email and in the affiliate center, but the affiliate stats are only updated once every 24hrs at 12:00am EST.

I'm using 1ShoppingCart to track everything and for some reason they started doing that some time back... but all links are still working.

Are you sure you have used the correct affiliate link? Don't use the one that is displayed within the template emails. I'm not saying you have but I noticed that they show a dummy ID within all the templates as you need to enter all your own details or tweak as required. The real ID can only be taken from the text field near the top of the page.
