JV: Weight Loss Supplements - Marketing Manager/Partner Sought

I currently am in the process of developing an **** based weight loss supplement which is delivered in pill form on a continuity basis. The site and shopping cart are complete with the product now available in my fulfillment center. The product is extremely profitable with a shipped unit cost of around $6.95 per 30 day supply with competition market pricing between $39.95 and $60.00. This leaves a huge potential for the right marketing manager. As you can imagine, the difficulties with this product lays in the marketing aspects of it.
I am looking for a partner to come on-board and handle the marketing aspects of the product. In light of that you would need to bring some solid marketing and organic SEO skills on-board. You would need to be able to do the following, with a primary focus on organic traffic:
- Create and rank keyword based pages
- Drive traffic to the sales page by any method neccesary
- Seek out and manage relationships with CPA or Affiliate companies
- Potentially create and manage PPC campaigs
- Development of an overall marketing plan
Ultimately, I am looking to partner with someone that has the ability to push traffic towards the product site who also has a strategic plan that can be implemented to drive sales. Potentially, we could review other options such as MLM/Network marketing of product, CPA listing of product, in-house affiliate programs etc.
Compensation would be negotiable but would likely be made up of a healthy percentage of gross turnover plus part ownership of the company. I am open to discussing fitting your financial needs in with the current budget of this small company.
