$400 Thank You Cheques

I have a sales video that has converted well to tiny exposure.
I am looking for someone who has a quality mailing list of people who are interested in franchise opportunities (or similar).
There is an (approximate) $AU400 thank you cheque per sale (sale is $AU1950) and possibility of solid continuity (approximately 75% retention rate over 2 years).
Prefer to chat by phone to kick off discovery process/due diligence.
