Looking for Affiliate Managers/Partners

Looking for 5 or 6 Affiliate managers to work with me on a the launch of our Internet Marketing membership site.

This is the site, www.internetprofitcollege.com

This is a big opportunity to make a lot of money selling a quality/high converting project.

As an affiliate manager, you could either drive traffic yourself and make over 40% commission on paid sales or sign up unlimited amount of affiliates under you and make up to 20% commission on all their sales. Only the few managers will be able to sign up affiliates, it will not be open to everyone.

For these positions I need someone with experience who can help direct the affiliate program and give feedback and input on the landing pages, banner ads, for the site.

I would be happy to work with people outside the US but the traffic fand sign ups would need to be within the US and Canada.

    This was a post I found a while back. While the stats are a bit old, they do give you a general idea if you're interested.

    "The AffStat 2007 Report by Shawn Collins reports the following numbers, which include incentives and bonuses (The AffStat 2007 report is based on the answers of almost 200 in-house affiliate managers and OPMs who voluntarily filled out a questionnaire with a long list of questions about their affiliate program. The full report is only $130 BTW and interesting reading material if you are managing an affiliate program)

    Figures are annual income and are only for In-House affiliate managers.

    24% < $40K
    24% $40-$50K
    26% $50-$80K
    26% $80-$120K and more

    The AffStat report breaks the numbers down a bit more. Also interesting; almost 60% of the managers state that their income includes incentives and bonuses. Salaries vary of course per region, but you get the general idea. "
