looking to find team leaders for recurring monthly profits

I am looking for a few partners to start a team with.
What we will be doing is signing up for a web hosting company that has a 3x7 matrix. Our team will be a unique one and our leaders will be the support of us all.
in order to boost profits we, the leaders, will be training our downline to succesfully market, find leads, build a list, among other things.
I am going to be building a forum for us to have constant contact with all members as well as working on making a skype chat.
What I am looking for is experts in certain fields. If your field is building a list, we want you, if its creating videos and using them to market, we want you. Our chosen team leaders, will be getting publicity and building their brand even more through the use of the forum.
On the forum their will be a special board accesible by only the leaders. In this board we will discuss ways to help each other as leaders, performing jvs,helping each other build our own lists.
Once things are going smoothly each leader will take turns hosting webinars. This will help build our own brand setting us all up as leaders even more. The content of these webinars will be teaching our members and downlines how to promote our business even farther along.
The product we will be selling is web hosting, autoresponder, and webinar rooms.
The total investment required is $21, this will be to open up your own account with the company. I will not touch this money, you will open the account on your own.
