Looking for a designer to Partner with (50%-50%)-Take Care of the Design and I do Everything Else!

I've been marketing since 2007 and after having
success in Affiliate Marketing, I've decided that it's time
to create my own product.
I possess the skill to create the product, write the copy
and setting up JVs, but DESIGN is the piece of the puzzle
I'm missing here.
So, I'm offering a 50-50 partnership (because I know that
design work is as hard as any other aspect of product creation).
I'll create the product, write the copy and set up JVs, you'll have
to take care of the eCovers, Banners and of course the website.
