      I bought this product about a week ago, ran through the step on both my pc's, laptop and desktop. My desktop is ancient (older than 10 years, really) laptop is only a year old or so.

      Quite a few times when doing some tasks or downloading or playing video, impossible, especially the desktop, the laptop was operational but sometimes slow. I cussed my DSL provider so much.

      After going through the exercises in this book, I am no longer cussing my provider, even zip file that took a couple of minutes to download, now takes only seconds. It blew my mind, I unzipped right away to make sure there was something in there. Amazing.

      Best product I have bought for a long time.

      Wish I had a list to sell it too.

      Just wanted to add my 2 cents, because I love this book.
