Amazon Book Self-Publishing Group

Hello there,

I've formed a Google Group club for folks who have published books using Createspace and Amazon. It's brand new but my vision is for it to be a place where we can mastermind and do book/review swaps.

I want to ensure this group is made of up of true Amazon self-publishers or folks who are interested in self publishing so you'll need to click on the "apply for membership" link so I can review it.

    I've received a couple questions so I'll reply here as well in case others have the same question.

    Q- How many members do you have?
    A- This is a brand new group so there are only a couple members so far but I do have plans to grow this group so we get more out of it.

    Q- Is it free? Are you going to sell me stuff?
    A- It's 100% free. No up-sells or anything like that. The group is via Google Groups so you will need to have a free account with Google and most in IM have this already so it shouldn't be a big deal.

    I haven't published there yet, but thinking of going down the Kindle path.

    I am both a published author (Que, John Wiley and Sons, etc) and a self publisher - Tristar Press and Netwarf. I now mostly help others publish their books on Createspace, Lulu, and the various ereaders. I look forward to joining the group and helping out where I can.

    Hey everyone, I've had a few folks ask me if this is a paid group. It is not. It's free.

    I manually review applicants to make sure we have writers/self publishers in the group but it is free to join.

    We have 90 members join so far and I've only had to ban one so it's working out nicely.
