Ideas Wanted: How To Incentivize Affiliates

Hi Folks

I need some ideas here to "kick start" my affiliates!

I have 110 affiliates "promoting" my Master Success Secrets program, - and they're all doing diddly-squat!

Initially, I had some sales, but that was about three or four months ago. I've since supplied them with articles, ads for ezines and emails for their autoresponders, but they remain stubbornly quiet!

Has anyone got any ideas how to successfully motivate what is obviously a very mixed group of folks, (who presumably have in common that they'd all like some extra moolah!)?

I'm not in a position to give away ipods or grand prizes like that, but I'm really scratching my head here as to what would fire them up.

    I could be interested to work with you on this. I have a couple of books (I've written), that would probably fit well with your project. But can you explain a bit more about your idea? It sounds like you are just asking for donations of saleable books ... which is fine if you are ... but I'm not sure what the "kick back" is?

    Is this a JV? Is there access to one another's mailing lists? Affiliate links?

    Can you give me a bit more detail please?
