Looking for someone who knows the ins and outs of IM

Looking for someone with expertise in the IM/online business field who would like to join me as I start up my own little "business project". Very lucrative market and I believe it's only beginning to grow even though competition is tough (nothing to do with my site in my signature, that's my other venture).
Looking for a motivated and hard working partner who is driven as much as I am. Too many times I've gone days/weeks without talking to my "partners" and it drives me nuts when things need to get done.

Looking for someone willing to do something like a 60/40 split (since I will be investing the $). Definitely can be a 50/50 split if you seem like you know your stuff so I'm open up to anything you have to say.
