Looking For A Techy Business Partner !

I've recently had a new user generated content, membership site built. And im now slowly but surely moving forward with it.

Im at the stage where i have decided i need a partner. The main reasons i have decided i need a partner are very simple.

Im good at the business side of things like; ideas, promotions, finding funding, marketing, business strategy, project management etc.

But what im not so good at, is the technical side of things like coding, design and all the little intricacies. And because i work full time i dont have the recources to keep paying the current developer huge sums of money for basic things simply because he CAN do it.

I want to partner up with someone so that this person can balance out my weakness's and so that the website has a real shot, which it does.

Ideally you would be located in Australia (Melbourne).
Have experience with website programming and or design.
Be a bit of a tech geek.
Have great communication skills.
And of course i would have to gel with you and vice versa .

The terms of the aggreement are not set, and this is something we can work on together. I DO want a partnership, not someone to work for me.
