FOR SALE: 1,678 Double Opt In Email Subscriber List In The IM Niche

I am changing Niche's from the IM niche to the property niche and thus I want to sell off my email marketing list as I don't need it anymore.
My 1,678 Subscribers come from a couple of lists, all in the IM Niche and all double opt-in.
1,482 - Free Subscribers who have signed up for one of my free products on making money online. Many come from WSO's that I have done marketing my free products. Other's come from a squeeze page on an old blog I used to run (smarterwealth.net) where they signed up for ebooks on affiliate marketing, website flipping, email marketing and blogging.
134 - Free Subscribers who have signed up for my 14 week course on making money through email marketing
37 - Free Subscribers who have signed up for a free product on making money through affiliate marketing
17 - Paid Subscribers who signed up for an 8 week email course on personal finance (cost was $4.95)
2 - Paid Subscribers who bought a $9.95 product from me on making money through blogging
6 - Free Subscribers who signed up through an affiliate marketing campaign I did for CPA offers.
Total 1,678 Subscribers all hosted through Aweber
When I send out an email around 6-12% open the emails from me and around 1.1-3.7% of people will click on an offer.
So around 100-200 people will open the emails and around 18-62 people will click through to an offer.
I have also been selling solo ads to my email subscribers through this forum and I have recently sold a solo ad for $100 (last week).
ALSO!!! If the price is right then I will throw in my twitter following (which currently has 6,296 people following me). You can see it at twitter.com/ryanmclean. I will change the username to whatever you want, if I get enough money for this list.
I am thinking that $1/subscriber is a fair price, considering I made $100 from them last week with a solo ad you could easily make your money back. But I am open to all offer.
