Serious partner

Hey I'm not going to BS like most eveyone on this page seems to do. I've been an offline business owner for 16 years and an Internet Marketer for 2 years. I am looking top go much bigger with offline marketing. I started offline 2 months ago and just went through all the initial trial and error stuff. Now I have a good sense of what business owners are looking for. I also became an expert in hiring outsource workers. So funny, for those of you who have outsource workers and they're resume makes them look like a seo god or something. Then after a day, you figure out that they were full of sh--.
I must have gone through 45 so called seo experts in the last 10 months and can see through all the crap now. I finally have great workers that know what they're doing. I'm looking for a technical expert here in the states with a business mind to grow a huge business together. I have everything in place as far as website and employees. Now I need a money hungry partner to help me fill in all the details.
You must come with lots of experience and at leat $5,000 grand to match mine so we can start off with a decent campaign. Serious people only.
