I CAN Completely Turn Your Failing Product Around

For those of you who don't know me, I'm a fellow
Warrior who has been around IM for 15 years and
been around this forum for a very long time.

I've been very blessed and as a result have
achieved greater success than the average online
marketer. YES, I actually know what "the average
online marketer" is accomplishing.

In the last few years, I've focused largely on
being a joint venture broker... and working with
local offline clients... where I do often broker
JV's.

I also train and certify JV brokers, working closely
with them throughout the process of carrying out
their first 1 or 2 joint ventures.

I'm telling you this to emphasize that I understand
the product launch process inside out. I also REALLY
appreciate the value of working together since "lone
wolves often starve!"

Where I'm of value to you, and where we might be
able to joint venture, is that I've watched literally
hundreds of product launches from behind the scenes.
Most of these were smaller launches. Some did 7 or
8 figures though.

I've seen it all! I've been a newbie, an outsider,
and a member of "the guru secret society."

As I've studied all of these launches, and even
documented many of them to review later, I have
noticed a lot of common mistakes. Now, I keep my
clients from making many of these. I actually have
screen captures (generally taken using Snag-it) of
salespages, JV tools, JV pitch pages, contest
leaderboards, email sequences, etc.

I am a serious student of marketing, and believe firmly
in duplicating what works, and not trying to reinvent
the wheel too much!

Anyway, my team is looking for a few product owners to
work with over the next few months. I have 14 full-time
virtual employees, but my team is much broader. I have
regular contact with celebrities, producers, major media
personalities, and people with access to databases in
the millions :-)

Most products that I'm shown are unsuitable for bringing
assets of that magnitude to bear on. (My military
background leaking through).

We are looking for product that we can take a look at
a few months before the actual launch. We can't/won't
jump through hoops at the last minute.

We are looking for products that actually WORK AS
ADVERTISED. We will test them out completely before
marketing them.

We are looking for products that are largely complete.
We can't take your idea and create your product for you,
and set up all of the pieces of your system, and then
market it for you.

Actually... we could... but why would we? Ideas are a
dime a dozen. I have literally hundreds written in
notebooks, on computer hard drives, all over the place.
I'm just now getting around to implementing a couple
of ideas that I came up with 3-5 years ago! The timing,
technology, and readiness of the marketplace are just
now properly aligned .

We are looking primarily for digital, information
products in the how-to-make-money niche. They offer my
team some unique advantages that products in many other
niches don't.

That's not to say that you shouldn't tell me about
products in other niches or formats.

I get a lot of offers there so it may take me a little

FYI, after an idea is accepted, I transition it to my
project management system on BaseCampHQ, where I then
invite in appropriate parties. Basecamp is my preferred
project collaboration tool... but I'm going off on a
tangent.
