Competition: best monetization idea for this site

Hi Fellow Warriors!
I have a site that that regularily gets around 100 visits per day (organic traffic), it could also be easily pushed up the SERPs to get much more targeted traffic.

But there's a problem - I haven't found a single monetization method that works for the site. Tried a lot of things: NetFlix offers (banners, links in text, corner peel plugin etc), all possible related and not so related CPA offers, CPALead, Mobile Quizes, Toolbar downloads, adwords, Clickbank products etc. None of them work

Here's my offer: if i find a monetization method that really works, I will give away one month's earnings to the autor of the idea. OK, and 50% of earnings from the following 2 months (and believe me, I'm gonna push traffic once I know it's possible to make money with the site).

The site is Vampire Movies. Reviews, trailers of best vampire movies like Dracula, Nosferatu

Anyone up for the competition?

Cheers,
Marius

    Thanks ncmedia,
well, yeah, it takes a lot of testing. And understanding demographics would be great also.
Haven't tried Amazon products, but don't have much faith in them, when earning 5% of a $10-$20 product.
Selling adspace - yeah, maybe should do that if can't find anything else.
Listbuilding - it takes a lot of effort sending the great stuff. Would like to find out first if the visitors are willing to buy anything at all. Currently seems that no

    Any other ideas?

Your site is wrong on so many levels. I have no idea how well you could monetise a movie site but one thing for sure, whatever the potential, you are way down. I'm not interested in your competition but here's some tips.

    1. Your header looks very nice but it's taking up far too much space. You might not like this but at least try to drop the height to about 80px or so. Whatever keyword is bringing people to your site, they want the relevance of that keyword hitting them in the face as soon as the screen loads.

    2. What keywords are bringing you visitors? What do they suggest you might be able to monetise?

    3. There is nothing going on in the articles to get a reader to click on anything. Anything you have that can be clicked on is never (hardly) going to lead to a sale. Bingo offers on a vampire movie site!! Start thinking absolute relevance.

    4. You haven't tried Amazon? It's probably your best option to at the very least get some idea of what your visitors are spending money on.

The first thing I would do is start linking to Amazon for the box sets. Not a generalised link but a specific link for each article. Also try a banner on the sidebar linking to Amazon and leave it there for a month or two, make sure you give it a unique ID. Why? because millions of people shop there and you should get some clicks. Once you have a few hundred clicks, you might get a better idea of what your visitors are looking at. Hint; click on "items without orders". If you actually get items with orders then it will tell you even more. Just watch out, with Christmas coming you might not get true targeted results.

Look for gifts and collectors stuff that might interest vampire movies buffs.

One thing I would also do is start adding and optimising some pages for vampire movie soundtracks. You already have a leg up with SEO for the relevant site.

Keep looking at your analytics. You don't want to know just what keywords are bringing visitors, you want to know what pages they are landing on and where they go from there.

    That's a start.

i think infolinks.com has much keyword. maybe infolinks.com can be a reference. There are no sign up fees, hidden commitments or qualification minimums, so i think your website can be monetized by infolinks.com. i hope this help you.
