Looking for American Partner to join my Real Estate Listing business.

I have spent the last time developing a real estate listing service, that should within 2 months generate over 10k profits /monthly.
Unfortunately the money has run out from development. The whole system is however setup, and I am now looking for an american partner who want to take part of this exciting project.
I will take care of the maintenance and everything regarding the site, I simply need a partner who can follow up on leads by doing phone/sales calls directly to the leads that I have.
The reason why I dont do it myself? - I would prefer an american who speaks perfect english!
