Looking for partner(s) to help with high potential site.

I've had this website for a little over a year now and it's turned into somewhat of a test center for me when it comes to blogging/plugins/whatever and I've yet to really make much of a profit from it.
However throughout the year of testing and playing around with it, I've managed to rank fairly high for an extremely profitable keyword. I'm currently on page 2 for "Make Money Easy" (without "") with next to no SEO work done. I've got a few thousand backlinks (once again mainly from testing) though aside from that I suspect my ranking comes from the sheer amount of content on the site. Right now the site has nearly 13,000 posts all automated and unique.
As I've managed to get to page 1 a few times and am consistently near the top of page two for a keyword that has 150,000 - 200,000 searches a month in the IM niche without really trying to, I'm fairly certain with a bit of proper work holding a spot on page one won't be very difficult.
That said, I think this website has potential to make a LOT of money if monetized properly. I would like to start taking a more hands on approach with it (as to date it's pretty much been an auto-pilot afterthought) to bring in the $$. Unfortunately this is where I fall a little short, I don't have a whole lot of experience monetizing websites aside from a bit of adsense here and there; nor do I have a whole lot of free time to sit down and hash out exactly how to approach this.
Hence the post - I'm looking for somebody who has and is consistently making money of websites of their own; somebody with experience where I lack it. If you feel you're that person and see the same potential here as I do, shoot me a PM or hit me up on skype/msn and we can get something rolling.

It needs to be worth the time we put into it, not just placing a few banner ads and affiliate links here and there. If you're creative, have the experience, and have some good ideas; let me know.
