[WANTED] Creative, Motivated JV Partner for Secret Project

I'm looking for one JV Partner to work very closely with me on a special project.
Here's the deal:
I'm currently working very closely with a new start-up company based in Houston, Texas. They have a patent-pending system that lets affiliates offer online and offline merchants 20% of the profits from their credit & debit card processing fees back... each month... as a check. It's the first time a company is letting business owners generate revenue from their credit & debit card processing.
The company has partnered with a major merchant account provider, with 30,000 accounts, processing over $4 billion annually. They have a business plan that shows taking this provider from 30,000 accounts to 300,000 accounts over the next 3 years, offering this free service through a new affiliate program.
The company is currently in Beta - but even during the Beta phase, I've been able to bring in 100's of affiliates. I've done this by leveraging my current list, as well as using a viral report (downloaded over 3,000 times in 4 days).
I'm looking for a creative, motivated marketer who wants to work with me to create new reports, new offers, new marketing campaigns, as well as help me find and work "integration opportunities".
For example, this free service is a perfect add-on for someone who is selling SEO and other online marketing services to offline retailers. I believe that one of the best ways to grow the merchant & affiliate base is by working out integration opportunities with marketers who teach others how to sell these SEO services to others. We can bring them on board as an "Affiliate". Then, they simply recommend that their clients sign up... and offer this free service to merchants as an extra add-on.
In doing this, everyone makes money. Because of the company's patent-pending bonus/comp structure, the marketer, their client, AND you/I can profit. Therefore, it makes sense for you and I to locate and present this opportunity to these marketers. Together, we can develop customizable marketing tools that these marketers can sell or giveaway to their clients.
This is just one of many ideas we can work on together to build our organization in this company.

- A creative marketing mind - and the motivation to use it
This company is still in Beta, but will be launching soon. And, even though they have a solid plan for 300,000 merchants, they're starting from scratch. (In fact, I've personally brought in probably 80% to 90% of their current affiliates... a few hundred... during these first 30 days of their Beta preview)
