New Passport To Wealth?

I've been thinking for sometime now about setting my own passport to wealth or YourNetBiz.com system up.
Not sure if you remember Passport To Wealth?
For some reason the business shut down? Not 100% sure what happened? But I know one thing I was making good money selling it and then it shut down so I had to start selling YourNetBiz.
I'm doing very well with this as well but I know I could do even better if I could keep 100% of ever sale and whats better I would also get residual income from the hosting fees when people join.
I was thinking about the commission structure and this is not 100% yet but I was thinking about having it like this...
Bronze $995
Sliver $1,995
Gold $2,995
Platinum $3,995
And a $59 monthly hosting fee but giving 50% of the residual income away to team members so for everyone you bring in you get 50% of the hosting fees which would be around $30 a month for EVERY person you bring onboard.
Plus you get $2,500 for a Platinum sale and you would have to pass up $750 to your sponsor and $745 to
Or yes I forgot to say I just got the domain name so its a good fit with the name.
I have one problem. I don't know the first thing about building a system like or is another one.
If you know anyone that does now please let me know.
Or if you know someone that built or knows how the old passport to wealth was built again get it touch.
There is a a lot to build and set up as every new member needs there own tour links and back office.
I'm also looking for a JV to come and partner with me on this. You would possibly get 50% of all the whole sale payments and this alone will be millions per year.
