Which particular software products are the best to help promote a new website.
I no there are many to choose from like senukex, xrunner and many others. What are your choices and why?

  How about giving some value and earning a copy of the book in some small way.
  
  All Jack is asking is for a reasonably intelligent question on SEO. He is willing to provide you with free information. A free product, no less, in exchange for a question on SEO!

  Okay, I have a question about SEO.
  
  I recently built a mini site, roughly 5 pages big on a good little niche. Mildly competitive. For my main keyword (a 3 word long-tail), there's about 160,000 competing pages in Google (that's using quotes around the keyword).
  
  I believe I did some decent on-page seo. I'm using Worpress, so have the apporpriate plug-ins, Google xml sitemaps, all in one seo, etc. etc., stripped away all the dead-weight (blogroll, hello dolly etc.), cloaked my affiliate links and so on.
  
  Then I hire a link-builder to get me my backlinks. It's someone here on the forum and it looks like they did all they promised they would do.
  
  The service was to give me 250 anchor-text back links,using 2 of my main keyword phrases and then get 2750 backlinks to those initial 250 anchor-text links.
  
  This was about 5 days ago. So far, nothing. No change in the serps and no sign of any links going to my pages. (I was provided a report showing all 250 links and where the anchor text is, it's all there and the links I checked, worked.)
  
  Now, assuming all that was promised, was in fact done, how long would it take for this kind of a program to have an effect? Would it be a positive effect or negative?
  
  Will Google sandbox me when if it sees too many links, too quickly? Are 250 anchor-text links too many on a brand new domain?
  
  Those are my questions, Jack.

I've been doing months of intense testing when it comes to SEO and I've found that it's very much easier to rank pages rather than domains. That is, I create a page fully optimized for one particular keyword, and then just a couple of my in-house backlinking campaigns can get that page to page one extremely quickly. The same cannot be said about ranking for domains. It usually takes more time and more backlinks to rank a domain for a keyword.

Burning Question: Is it indeed easier to rank pages as compared to ranking websites? If yes/no, why?

Hi Tony

I am at the same stage you are at but what i have done is i outsource my backlinks to fiverr and religiously create 5 profile link every day for 4 months and i was on first page of G.

So for the new domain you have to work or get the work done properly by the person doing the work

Before I talk about SEO, let me say that you are in the right path of creating a product. You need to know what people want, before creating it. Otherwise, it can be a disaster because nobody would want to buy your product. Great process!

When it comes to SEO, it is kind of art, not science. And as far as I know you need to have a variety of backlinks from a variety of sources. It could be from article directories, social bookmarking sites, social networking sites, etc... This is kind of doing what the big G wants. They want to see if your site is popular enough. They want to see a lot of votes from other sites. The more you have their votes, the higher page ranking the big G rewards your site. That is what a new site needs to have. But Google wants it looks natural as possible.

Here I want to see:
1- How soon you can have your page ranked on first page of Google, if you are in a competitive niche.
2-If your site is new, what is the best SEO technique to outrank other sites?
3-Can you speed up the SEO process so that you see the result in less than 2 weeks?
4-Can you have a push button to do SEO?

I hope you will have a good product released very soon. Don't forget to give us a quick look at the final stage. We might give you some useful feedbacks.
