Tracking using ad swaps

I've been listening to an amazing interview with John Cornetta on a WSO I just bought, and I can't believe I've not been implementing even a few of things John was talking about. I'm half way through the interview, as i keep rewinding it to listen again to what he is saying - pure gold!

I've built up a list of around 13,000 the hard way but am now looking at implementing some new techniques.

So, my first thoughts are to do some thank you page ad swaps in the personal development niche. However, I have a question:

How would I go about tracking the clicks with the person I swapped the ads with?

    First I'm not quite sure you have posted in the right place.
    Comming back to your issue you can use shorten link services like bit.ly or ad watcher. There are a lot of them, just search in google "link tracking" and you'll find a lot.

    I personally use www.budurl.com to track my swaps and thank you page swaps and the other evergreen type of promotions I talked about in the WSO Steve.
