JV Partners sought for new website

Hello everyone,

I'm completely new to this and have no IM experience other than what I've read here over the last couple of days...

By way of introduction, my name is Pat, and my background is in accountancy.
For the last three years I've been working in commercial finance with a very experienced business partner with over 20 years of industry experience. We have now set up a completely unique website called FindCommercialFunding.com and we're looking for JV partners with sizeable business client lists, to help us with traffic. We are based in Glasgow, but much of our business is operated through a network of contacts based mainly in London. We are initially looking for UK based referrals.

The website is a specialised classified ad facility - basically, anyone looking for business funding can post a short request on our site, and we will hopefully find funding for the client.

It costs a client £90 for 90 days advertising on our site

We pay introducers £45 when they bring us a paying client

We charge a 2% arrangement fee on successful funding being found - that's £20k per million of funding.

We split the arrangement fees 50:50 with the introducers

We link the introducer to the client for life - potentially "one email, earn forever"

This is a genuine operating business and we are looking for genuine JV partners to act as introducers via their lists.

      Hi there,

      When someone is looking for business funds, they fill in one of our short application forms depending on the type of funding they require. We can source bridging finance, development finance, mezz finance or commercial mortgages.

      Once they have filled in the application, they are taken through to the payment section and need to pay £90 to get their application live and viewable on our system.

      The database of deals is then fully searchable for investors and lenders - for example, you could look for bridging deals in Leicester under £1m, or mezz deals in London over £5m.

      There is nothing like this available at the moment, and we are aiming it at introducers, mainly financial advisors who see clients every day, but don't arrange commercial funding because it is unregulated, and advisors are not trained in unregulated products.
