Seeking partner for site in weight loss niche

I have a Wordpress blog in the weight loss niche that's a few years old and is well ranked for some extremely competitive terms. Traffic has been steadily growing, but I haven't figured out how to monetize it. I've thought of selling the site, but without significant revenue it seems like the amount I'd get wouldn't justify all the work I've put into it. So I'm wondering if someone might want to partner with me and leverage my site and traffic for our mutual gains.

I don't need help with things like content creation or backlinks -I need a specific way to bring in revenue. One idea I had was to create a membership site. If you have the know how to do this, my site could be a great way to launch it without you having to start from scratch. But I'm open to any interesting ideas.
