Looking for Designer/Programmer, need a site built for 62,000 person list

To say this will be a success is almost a given.

In short, I acquired a website with a 62,000 person mailing list. I want to build a site that will cater to their needs.

The niche is in "animation" learning about it, books, videos, short films, t-shirts, etc,

I want to build a big social community.
