WANTED: 1 Technical Genius to Take Over the World in JV

Ok- here's the deal.

I NEED to find someone that can do the back end heavy lifting that is beyond my abilities for a new idea. Technical capabilities detailed below...

Now before you roll your eyes and say "Here we go again..." let me say this:

• I have researched the market and there is NOTHING like that that I can find- though I don't understand why
• This idea would be hot in both the IM world but translates VERY well in almost every niche out there
• The idea is scalable to a large mass
• I do not want to outsource this- I want a partner
• This will not be a difficult build, but there will be some things that take serious planning
• You would only be responsible for the technical side. I would take care of the marketing, look, promotion and other non technical details
• I intend to get this launched within a few weeks at the most
• I intend to invest 20% back into the site monthly to ensure growth, leaving 80% to split between us
• Once launched, the site stands to grow VERY rapidly (as in viral)
• Site has the following revenue projections within 3 months of launch:

• Conservative: $3K per month
• Moderate: $10K per month
• High:$22K per month

Now that I have your attention... here's what I need in the ONE candidate I will select:

• Reputation for thinking of short term solutions with long term growth options
• Experience in setting up a new website and/or modifying an existing one
• Experience in creating user based systems
• Expert with popular social media APIs
• Expert working with DB (platform undecided)
• Experience creating simple monitoring systems for users
• Ability to be honest with their opinions but also willing to listen to opposing views
• Ability to dedicate a significant amount of time now and in the future

Once selected, you will receive a 12 month Non-Disclosure agreement stating that you can not disclose details of the idea or plans with anyone for 12 months.

I would prefer someone in the US for easier communications. I will consider partners from outside the US though if we can establish daytime US communications.

Yeah- I know that is a lot- but I want to find the best candidate with the highest chance of having a successful long term relationship with. It's tough to do on a few PM's and a phone call, but I'm going to try!
