Web Designer required for SEO Company

So, I have a successful offline SEO business called Big Fish SEO, based in the UK. Brighton SEO Services
I am looking to team up with a web developer who can churn out websites, and basically become part of our business.
We are looking to charge about $500-$1500 per website, and the winning appplicant will be paid a high proportion of this. Of course, this is all negotiable and will change depending on the client.
We will find all clients for you.
The real money is in the SEO for us, hence we are not concerned about being too greedy! We need someone who is ultra enthusiastic and can correspond with the client directly to understand what they need. So great english speaking skills only please. You need to be a pretty sh!t hot web designer as well, and we expect to see a portfolio.
You will also need to have a knowledge of how to set up a site for 'on page SEO'.
