The entire business model/software to create and sell websites (EMDS)
Exact match domain names are in great demand. Something with minimum of 1000 exact match local searches and atleast $1 min cpc. After working on this idea for 6 months, i have a solution. I have a solution which finds exact match domain names with healthy monthly searches, avg cpc without any manual labor.

However, i am caught up in my current project. I am not able to focus on EMD project. That is why i am thinking to include someone else in my project. There are different ways we can move regarding this project
1) There is one little hurdle in using this software. The software doesnt work out of the box. To run software, user has to apply for google's api. Till they get acceptance from google's end. They wil not be able to use software. However, application process is really easy. Its just about 20 to 30 days waiting period. Sometime google do reject your application. In that case, reapply. For some users, its bit of a tough task.
we will need a good copywriter to cover this aspect. In my original wso, my copy was pretty bad. The jv partner has to work on sales copy. If he dont know copywriting, he will have to hire writer.
2) The second option is to enhance this software. In this case, the software will use JV partner's adwords api account, which will be linked to his credit card. This should make it work straight out of the box. I think, the cost of doing this will be around $50 something.
3) Only use this tool to get super hot EMDs. Then, register those domain names, install wordpress and put up some content. I have employee here and we can install wordpress for cents. In the end, put up something like
NoBrainerSites.com (This is not my site and i am not affiliated to this in any way)
However, this will need $100 to $200 investment. But, i bet these should sell like hot cakes.
I am also thinking to sell whole business on flippa. But, that is possibility if everything else fails.
I do not have time. I created this whole business model/ software with such hardwork. That is why for past 2 months, i am just thinking what to do with this. I do not want to sell on flippa. That is my last resort. If someone can handle financial requirement of this project (if any) and then take responsibility to watch wso threads, websites and stuff. That should be good.
