Seeking JV for existing project

I'm looking for a JV to help promote a website of mine in the "CPA" (cost-per-action) niche. I'm looking for a valuable partner. My website already gets around 100 to 300 hits per day however it is not all targeted. I have made quite a bit of money with it but it reeks much more potential. The JV will receive 50% of all profits made from the date he/she has signed onboard. Please message me and I will provide more details.
