Hi,

I have capital to invest in a few projects. I'm mainly looking for eCommerce ideas that can be grown using IM.

If you have an idea for a product (physical or digital) that you think will sell then PM me and we can work through details, i will put down the cash and we partner up. Split the money 50/50.

You get the investment to make your idea a reality, with none of the risk involved of losing money because its all mine on the line.

    I have 3 ideas for you....
    #1 I am a music producer from NY and I want to launch a beat selling website. I would use the funds to employ others to help with building traffic. I would split the sales with you 50/50 I lease tracks at $50 per. Investment capital would be between $2500 to $5000.
    #2 I am currently within the struggling mortgage industry and out here in NY many investors are buying and then reselling properties. I can have you connected with someone that would partner with you in purchasing homes and then reselling them. Home prices are anywhere between $50,000 to $125,000.
    #3 The last idea would be an investment of $30,000 into a site. You can visit it at College, Career & Transition Planning & Programs | Baltimore, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania It is a website that we are aiming to have added to the US school system. It has already be well received within the state of Maryland. I have projections and other documentation with that offer.

    All 3 are honest profit earning situations. I am willing to if need be schedule a meeting face to face or a conference call. Either way I will succeed it's just that an investor will help me press the gas faster. I thank you for your time...Gene Neal
