Experienced in SEO? Earn a nice monthly income with this JV!

Hi warriors,

I am looking for someone that is experienced in SEO to work with me on a project in order to create a nice income stream for us both.

The project should not require too much work on your part as I will be taking a lot of the work on myself. In addition, you will not have to invest any of your own money into the project.

Essentially, your role will be to work on offsite SEO and so you will need to be experienced in this area.

The business plan is as follows:
(This may take a bit of reading but I wanted to make sure it is explained sufficiently.)

I will find a keyword that has relatively low competition and brings in about 3000 exact searches a month (this could be raised depending on your SEO experience). Your input may be required to assess whether the keyword would be suitable for you to help rank a site at the top of the SERPs for it.

I will then purchase a domain and hosting for this keyword and find a highly converting affiliate program related to the keyword. I will then build a wordpress blog on the domain and sort out the onsite optimization for the desired keyword. Once the site is set up I will make sure it is indexed quickly and then add affiliate links to the affiliate program that was chosen earlier to the site. The site should have a relatively high click through rate to the affiliate program as I will write the content from scratch myself and have experience in doing this.

Once our site is set up and points towards our affiliated product we will need to get some traffic to the site, and this is where you come in.

You will need to work on the offsite SEO for the site and make sure it gets to the top of the SERPs for our chosen keyword. Hopefully this will not be too hard as we will be aiming for low competition keywords that you feel confident about working with.

Once the site is at the top of the SERPs we should be getting a decent amount of organic targeted traffic. This will mean lots of visitors clicking through to our affiliated product and hopefully lots of sales of this product.



Based on a keyword with around 3000 monthly searches (remember this could be raised if you feel your SEO abilities exceed this):

• Estimated 0.5% conversion rate (probably an underestimation)
• 3000 x 0.005 = 15 sales a month

I will aim for affiliate programs that offer around $40 commision per sale and so 15 sales will bring in $600 a month.

I am prepared to split the profits on a 50-50 basis and so this is about $300 a month each for what should be very little work.

We can start this project with one site to see how it goes and if all goes well, we can start to churn out multiple sites to muliply this monthly income.
