Looking for long term JV partners with lists in the IM Niche.

I am looking for JV partners who have a great converting list in the IM Niche.
I have currently adding the finished touches to my first IM product and have a planned series of items that will be released over the next 12 months. If we can come to an working arrangement then I will provide you with a detailed plan of the upcoming product releases.
I am looking for marketers that can help to promote my products and take a large commission from all sales.
I have lots of experience in other Niches and would be able to offer you access to customers, lists and potential clients if you became interested in that Niche in the future.

List Size: 3000+ (I might make exceptions if your list converts well)
Quality list: You need to have a list that respects you and your views. I do not want to be contacting people who have been spammed continuously. A list that is provided with quality content will react positively than a list that is not.
Before we start working together their will obviously be the need to communication and that can be done via Skype, Email or telephone.
