Do you work with or know any superstar programmers/hackers?
If you do, I'll give you $500 for the introduction.
I'm a half-decent programmer myself and I use oDesk/RentACoder frequently for smaller
projects.
However, I've found it really hard to scale larger projects with outsourced programmers,
because if you lose one programmer it's very hard for another to pick up where they left off
(it's much easier to write code than it is to read code).
I know good marketers like to keep their own team close to their chests (part of the reason
I'm willing to pay for the introduction), but who knows, maybe you know a great
programmer who's just been put out of work etc...
If you make the introduction and I proceed to work with them, then I will:
1. Pay YOU $100 upfront just for the introduction.
2. Pay you $400 once the initial project I have for them is finished (and they turned out to
be the superstar you said they were), and;
3. Free lifetime access to EVERY piece of software I ever develop hereafter.
What I'm NOT looking for is somebody cheap. I need somebody who has built software
applications in the past, are dependable and enthusiastic. In return I can offer them vested
ownership in my projects.
Really hope you can help, word-of-mouth recommendations are so valuable and I hope that the
$500 reward might be enough to spend a couple of minutes getting in touch.
