I have rental leads

Thru my android apps (here is one of them https://market.android.com/details?id=mt.PropertyFinder), I am getting bunch of rental leads everyday.

People are using these apps to find properties that they want. Once looking at the property, they have the option to send us their name, email and phone number if they want to see that property.

I would like to see how I can sell these leads to somebody. We have been calling these people and these are REAL people who really want those rental places.

There is an opportunity here for somebody to make some serious money. Let me know if that's you!

    Perhaps an insurance company that sells renters insurance. Most of these people looking to rent an apt/house would need insurance in the near future.

    are they fully furnished properties... if not local furnishers would pay big dollars for these leads...get them in a bidding war increase your price...

    so many other twists that i can think of...but then that would be telling wouldn't it...

    and as for the insurance it's quite a big category...which can be broken down into many subcategories...

    There are two markets for these leads - 1/ Owners that want to rent and 2/ Landlords that have several properties in a given town that they want to rent.

    Contact these 2 target markets and they would be interested.

    Question - can you get leads for any city you wish?
