Looking for a longterm business partner in site flipping business. Generate a $xx,xxx per month biz

Welcome guys,

For the past 12 months i have been creating micro niche websites and generating monthly revenue through Google Adsense.

I have a well planned and highly profitable plan set out to turn micro niche sites into a site flipping business.

A site flipping business can easily generate $15,000 - $30,000 per month per business partner.

Are you wondering why i need a business partner?

The answer... I need someone to help with building the sites/ keyword research/ marketing... backlinking the works.

You might suggest outsourcing the work, but i'm looking to build a viable business with a long term partner that can succeed, someone who wants to be successful and has the drive to create a business that can succeed expectations.

The way i see it : 2 business partners are better then one! why?

The extra head gives a different insight to decisions and ideas making it a more profitable business.

An example site :

Domain: Insurance niche
Keyword : 6,000 exact searches
Profit : Generated $250+ per month for 3 months.

Sold on flippa: Recently sold on flippa for just over $3,000


Now the long term business idea involves creating 20 - 100 of these site per month on a regular basis, i have extensive knowledge in micro niche websites i build, which nearly every website generates around $50 - $500 per month per site.


What am i looking?

I'm looking for someone who can invest minimum $500 to start the ball rolling.

I will also invest $500 to match each others investment.

$1000 with a 50/50 split would give us a start up group of websites around 25 well built websites.

I'd expect the business to flip each site at the minimum price of $1000 per site.

I'm looking for someone on the long term that wish to build a profitable business and a long term future.

I do prefer that the interested party come from either USA or UK, as myself reside in London, United kingdom.

This would be done legally from the ground up. A corporation would be created, the business partner will own 50% with the correct legal documents drawn up to protect each others investment.

  • "Easily" is relative. You cannot sell micro niches with no traffic/revenue for $1000+ ...if you did you were VERY lucky.

    You know you need to establish rankings/traffic/revenue..until then it will be incredible difficult to sell micro niche sites for more than $250-$300.

    As with other business systems, here it's the same thing that without *extensive* outsourcing you wont go anywhere. Whether its to establish site's rankings (for reselling SEO services or site flipping)...you will need some good linkbuilders/SEO to get the sites anywhere near so that people will buy them.

    A good idea (IMO) is to have two teams of people...one is producing the sites...while the other one is ranking the ones you already have to get them ready to sell in a few months. Just my $0.02
