Joint venture for websites

Hi! I have a bunch of websites that I am currently just lying around. I can see some potential as we started but I am too busy to run them. I was thinking of selling them but I would like to offer them as a JV here at the warrior forum. Most are wordpress blogs on our hosting targetting a particular niche. Some were bought on Flippa. Everything is set up on our ipage hosting. I have Carty's Autoblogging Software installed for the sites and I also have the Best Spinner and a lot of IM tools.
