Hello Warriors,

I am currently seeking those who have web sites that they are no longer wanting, in need of, or just want to sell to make some upfront $$.

Your role in this would be to provide the already made web site that is unique and comes up with 0 potential copies in copyscape. If this is a PLR product, then all web site graphics must be unique as well.

My role: Depending on the current rankings of the web site, I may proceed into more marketing to be done, more backlinks to be built, and more articles/press releases to be distributed. My goal is to pump out more conversions and more traffic to be able to sell the web site at a larger amount.

What makes me so qualified?

I have been flipping web sites over the past couple years. In fact, I have made over $111,000 in just a little over 8 months just off my own web sites. Check out my signature to see my current WSO on this.

I am running low on inventory myself (websites) and seeking warriors that are wanting to make some extra money by teaming up to make some REAL money.

If you have any web sites, please PM me the URL's to review and I will let you know my thoughts. If it is a web site that I am interested in selling, then I will let you know a projected amount of what I can get your web site to sell for. Depending on how much work is needed on your web site will depend on the commission rate. But rates start at 10% and do not exceed 40%.

    Hi,

    Maybe we could help each other out. I have a bunch of 'dead' sites with good aged urls that I haven't done anything with but would like to offload but simply don't have the time so maybe a partnership is opportune.

    My strength is good web (Wordpress) design and, last time I looked, I had a Flippa trust rating of +9 (user name: Blogwam) but have done nothing on Flippa for over a year.

    Perhaps partnering up with somebody who's switched on re Flippa etc. would motivate me to do some work on stagnant sites I own such as SuccessRocket.com / Miazma.com / GirlinaMillion.com / CelebrityPapa.com / TheLoveBunch.com ( don't look for any great sites there, just aged domains with holding pages, if that).

    And that kind of is reflected in my 'waving not drowning' reply here. I do OK with my successful sites so this is just a 'touch base' post - I'm happy enough to hang on to these potential winners for a few more years but if you see a quick cash turnaround let me know.

    Same here...I'm going to start giving some names away for $10 just to trim my list. I built a website a year ago for a medical Dr who sits on a terrace in Venice beach and signs recommendation letters for medical weed and makes about $250 every 10 minutes.

    He said he has no time to work the site so now it just sits there.

    Hi there my name is Brandon Holcomb. I currently have one site that I am looking to sell. My site is Free Unlimited cPanel Web Hosting From The Net Daddy. It is a free web hosting provider very easy to market I just do not have the time to manage it right now. It has a full owned version of whmcs which will go with the sale $245 value. I do have adsense ads placed on the main pages of the website. No ads will be placed on the users accounts. Montization could be done via emails and referring users to hostgator or a number of other popular hosts that offer affiliate programs. Currently thenetdaddy.com is ran on a 90gbs fully managed vps with cpanel. i have submitted it to a few directory sites. But like I said I just do not have the time right now to manage marketing and the site it self. Let me know if you can help.

    Hi Jake,

    Interesting offer and I'd like you to take a look at this website: NBC The Voice Fan

    Now, you need to know the following. This website is about The Voice, the popular tv show of NBC. This website was getting 100.000 visitors when the first season of the show was running, has multiple Twitter accounts with about 20000 followers, Facebook fanpage with little fans (300), a YouTube account with a lot of videos and made 1000 dollars plus Adsense in the final month the first season was airing (making about 100 dollars a month when the show is not airing with 350 visitors a day).

    Warner Bros, NBC and Ology.Com have contacted me that they loved the site. Ology.Com is going to cover my website on their frontpage in season 2. They have a million page views a month and keep growing every single month.

    This site is worth some money also because of the following: Ology.Com told me if I want to interview any of the contestants or the coaches, they can make that happen for me. But guess what, I am not in the USA. However, this is an extra incentive for any buyers... I mean, who gets to interview Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine or Blake Shelton these days?

    I am interested to get some feedback from you. You can contact me through the contact button of the website if you are interested looking into this project. I do not HAVE to sell, but if someone wants to have the opportunity and is in the USA, for the site it would be better THAT I sell...
