Partner For New Offline Business in London/Herts Area

HI,

I am looking for a partner for my offline business who is in the London/Hertfordshire area.

I been successfully using sitecrusher and Guerilla Rockstar along with many other offline techniques to build an offline marketing consultancy.

The problem is I have 3 offline businesses that I operate with partners and I have recently lost a couple of the good partners in 2 of the businesses and I need to do more of the marketing so my offline consultancy biz is stagnant. It is run on autopilot and I outsource 95% of the work so it will tick over until I either resurrect it or throw it in to the pot with my new partner from here.

So what am I looking for?

I don't want anyone who is looking for a free ride. I have all of the tools required to make this a success as well as 30 years of business ownership and sales under my belt to mentor the partner if required.

You will be a self starter. I have all of the tools required to make this work. We will be working on a 50/50 basis. I provide funding, tools, mentorship, and you with provide the work involved in starting and building the business. I will help I am not expecting someone to work without help.

Just so you know, I own all of the Mike Koenigs Main Street Marketing courses probably spent over $10,000 with mike as I also have the Social Media course he put out. I get a lot of the good offline WSO's from here so as my partner you will have access to them also. I probably have spent around $50,000 + on my continued education regarding offline marketing/consulting and as said the right person gets access to my courses.

Please be clear I am not looking to educate someone thru my experience and courses I am looking for a business partner that is fresh and up for the challenge of working with an experience business man with the skills to build a successful business, Together we can make this work. I would be looking for 6 figures within 6 months and the business plan is solid towards that goal.

We will start on one section of the marketing plan and do it until it works on autopilot before moving onto the next section. This isn't for people who jump from one thing to another although if you feel I can rain you in to concentrate on one thing at a time you are welcome to contact me.

It is vital that we become the perceived expert in our field using all of the wonderful tools I have and the internet can give us. This will have the effect of clients calling us for help. We will be working towards arranging public speaking events through local charities and chambers of commerce etc.

I am a very social person who likes people and moreover loves clients who pay me money to help them. The client is of paramount importance I am looking to build a substantial business with a 5 and 10 year exit strategy in place.
