Looking for JV's of ALL TYPES for new website service

New poster here, but I've learned tons from this forum and it's awesome community. For that, I thank you.
I have a new website and app rolling into a beta within the next month that I'm looking for various types of JV partnerships for. As I am not a big budget company and am bootstrapping the whole idea.
I'm mostly looking for traffic and conversions mostly (of course). Getting users to sign up and use the site/service.
There is an affiliate program built in, which will initially split monthly revenue from subscriptions 50/50, for EVERY recurring month. So, those on point with affiliate marketing, please let me know.
I'm also open to other types of partnership ideas that any of you might have.
The website itself is a service that focuses on the job market and setting up jobs for users. Not a conventional classifieds or job board. A bot more in depth. It does have slightly similar competition (sort of), but the potential is huge (in my and other people's opinions that have seen it)
