I am currently in a "growth phase" and building up my subscriber list. I have an offer in the IM niche which I need to promote. It's simple and involves giving away my free ebook which comes with a number of cool bonuses.
The income part of kicks in with a OTO (yes I know an old strategy but it still works well). I offer a high quality video product on the backend for $27 with a 50% commission. The current offer on my site has been active since start of Dec 08 and I am converting approx 7% on the OTO. I am still tweaking the page and the offer to increase that percentage.
