I have a membership site in the stereotypical giant niche "dog training" in a great position to dominate the niche. I am a real deal dog trainer with a team of dog trainers that add content to the site and answer on support forums. Members LOVE the site and stay on as members. The refund rate is less than 1%.

I am NOT a SEO expert, but regardless my site has earned #1 page on Google for many many niche related terms "online dog training", "guard dog training", "aggressive dog training", etc... Often my videos and/or posts will be more than one result on page 1.

My youtube channel is always on the 1st page of youtube for "dog training" and it gets close to 100,000 views a month consistently and growing with very high ratings.

My website and blog are page rank 4 with die hard followers and i have a forum and facebook fan page with close to 5,000 die hard followers and growing. I am pretty respected in my field and have been on popular TV shows including "It's Me or the Dog" on Animal Planet and have more TV opportunities coming up in the future.

This is the thing, I have been chipping away at the membership website for years and a team to add real unique content AND it truly is a quality product, BUT I am a specialist only in my field and not at marketing the product. I know for sure that I am reaching lots of viewers but definitely am not good at making the sale. I get emails all the time asking if I offer online training videos and from people who are confused trying to join the site. So I am aware that I am doing many things wrong.

I am looking to partner with someone who is an expert at copyrighting and making my youtube, facebook, blog, forums, and website work together as a well oiled machine and I can provide content, videos, customer support, etc..

I would prefer to do a joint venture deal via clickbank based on a percentage of membership dues which would give an immediate pay out based on current membership.
