50K in 30 day test complete, looking for SEO master to help us take it all the way

Over the past few months we have been testing several different strategies based on a very simple idea that combines offline with online marketing in a very specific niche which is real estate agents. Although we were already very successful in this niche before, we have found a new way to use assets we have already developed in a slightly different way, combined with a marketing strategy that we have never really used until now and it has exceeded all of our expectations!
We are now looking to take this all the way, worldwide, and we are looking for one or several individuals with the right talents and the drive to become an equity partner/s. There is no monetary investment required but you must have a set of very specific skills and be very good at what you do.
What skill are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the ability to quickly and efficiently get websites (which are already created) in small local markets to rank for specific keywords, such as Spring Hill TN real estate or Franklin TN real estate, etc. We have a specific keyword approach we are using but would like someone to help us improve upon the strategy. We do not for the most part implement in huge markets such as Detroit, etc. so in most cases there is little competition already there. it isn't too hard, we have had pretty good luck ourselves but we know an SEO master could knock this out of the park and develop a serious long term income in the process,.
All of your techniques must be completely white hat and you must show me and be able to prove to me that they work via demonstration. I know most SEO guys/gals are reluctunt to show their secrets, but in this case you are going to have to show us to come along on this ride. In return, we will show you and share with you what we are doing which has never really been done on the scale or in the manner by which we are doing it. We can both sign NDA's if necessary, but not revealing how you are doing it is not an option.
In addition the ability to easily and quickly work with Google Places is very helpful in this venture. We are also open to any other ideas you have but the basics are above. We are looking for someone with mad skills, so please do not contact me if you aren't ready to prove you can do this.
You will be paid for your part based on sales that we make as a part of the system. We are looking for a partner not someone to outsource this work to, we already know we can do that, but are looking for someone to get vested with us as a partner in this project.
Ok, in the headline, I said we generated 50K in a 30 day test, that number is actually closer to 52K and below is a video to prove it. This was a test we put together and the actual system we are about to launch is already better than what we had when we did the test in September and this was with us doing the SEO part ourselves, so we are fully expecting to crush these numbers once launched.
