Ad swap with a twist.....

I have a list of only about 600 IM'ers. This has inhibited some ad swaps but what I have done to overcome this adds a little twist. I run a review site where I review marketers/products/etc. and for those that are interested (and legitimate), I have been putting reviews of them and then putting a link of their choice after the review so that my visitors can click to find out more information.
If the visitor is reading your review, they WILL click a link that is provided. I will also put banners of your choice on that page as well to help promote whatever you would like.
I will soon have my affiliate center completed whereas you can make a 75% commission from an OTO by simply promoting my review site. I also have some products that will pay 75% commissions.
Some marketers have used the "I earned a 4 star rating at HomeBasedBusinessScamReviews.com" type of email to help add authority to you/your product.
