Looking for partner or buyer for 2 weight loss sites

I recently took a job at a top SEO firm which although is a great opportunity has made it difficult to keep up with my other projects on my own. I simply don't have the time to turn them into the successes I know they can be. I have invested a lot of time, money and effort into each and refuse to let them fall by the wayside.

I am interested in either selling both projects (together or separately) or having someone come on board who can do more of the day to day operations. If you are interested in partnering up I will still have time to contribute especially on the SEO side as I have really been strengthening that part of my IM skillset.


1.) The first is an online weight loss membership program. We have a full program set-up through wishlist member and the weight loss expert who we based the program off of is 100% on board. I have a written agreement in place with him and he is fine with me taking on another partner or selling off my ownership stake. In addition to the membership portal, we just put together a 35 minute webinar, are approved on clickbank at various price points and have banners, auto responders and everything else you would need to promote the program.

2.) I own the name Instant Appetite Control and the labeling rights to the product. The manufacturer retains the right to create the same product under a different name. We have 950 units in stock a web-site, auto responders, shopping cart integration, banners and a facebook fan page with 175 members. It's a all natural fairly powerful appetite suppressant that comes in chocolate tablet form. We had a 35% re-order rate when we were running PPC ads. If you were interested in purchasing this I would give you the product, the rights to the name, the web-site, banners and you could take over my shopping cart if you wanted.
