I have purchased 4 domains (all same .com. .net etc.) of a very strong 2012 election based domain. Before election season has really even started it is already getting 8100 exact searches (last I checked $1.20+ cpc value). I don't have the time to monetize it and it needs to be done soon or the value will not be derived. This is not my main business but I see an interesting opportunity for someone working in that space. I am open to licensing the domains outright, sharing revenue etc. Pretty open.
