I need a basic software developer for JV in HOT new social niche.

I've got a PR1 site and current WSO in the social media niche for the hot new social network, Google+.
Our JV would consist of you developing a small software project that ties into to social media networks. Now, I've been doing graphic and web design for over 5 years myself, but I've no idea how to write software.
It helps that I've worked for an elite marketing firm that consults with multi-million dollar clients. I'm not boasting, really. I just know a thing or two about throwing together a good marketing plan, and implementing it.
So how much do you want to make? That's really up to you.
If you are damn good at what you do, you should get paid for it. Right?
You write the software.
I'll provide the marketing campaign, graphics, and exposure (this I already have set up
