In a word, I own the domain VisaliaFitness.com, which could make for a good site to rent/sell to fitness club(s) or personal trainer(s) in Visalia, California.
What I'm bringing to the table...
* the domain, of course
* hosting (naturally)
* WP site design (I'm not a web designer, but I have a couple of good looking commercial themes)
* video (I can create short promo videos, if necessary)
* content creation (mainly outsourced)
* some link building (also outsourced)
I need someone who can actually make the sales, i.e. attract interested fitness related businesses in Visalia. America is very far from here and it's pretty hard for me to get in contact with the prospects and gain their trust. So if you can do that, your help is gold to me. Basically, we'd split profits 50/50 (we can negotiate that).
